As a Senior Manager, Portfolio Administration, you will play a pivotal role in managing the operational and data integrity of a global real estate portfolio. You will oversee controls, ensure compliance, and maintain critical lease and property data while coordinating with vendors, auditors, and cross-functional internal teams. Responsibilities
●Execute and oversee internal controls related to portfolio administration and lease data accuracy
●Manage day-to-day operations with outsourced service providers for lease administration and compliance
●Review and maintain portfolio-level reporting and dashboards for executive leadership to track risks and opportunities
●Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including AML and supplier governance checks related to landlords and vendors
●Support the transaction management process by ensuring key deliverables such as lease options and renewals are met
●Conduct data analytics and variance analysis across real estate assets, supporting decision-making and transparency
●Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide oversight of service providers, auditors, and consultants
●Support special real estate initiatives by delivering analysis, tracking, and process improvement insights
Qualifications
Required:
●2–5 years of experience in data analytics, lease administration, or financial/real estate operations
●Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate
●Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large datasets
●Experience working with integrated workplace management systems (IWMS) – ideally Manhattan
Preferred:
●Financial designation such as CPA, CFA, or MBA
●Post-secondary education or certification in real estate
●Background in Corporate Real Estate or working within a regulated financial institution
