Responsibilities
- Develop and manage dashboards and KPIs to support project finance and capital performance reporting.
- Oversee cash flow and ensure timely funding, including draw requests and pre-funding requirements.
- Lead debt-related activities such as RFPs, financial model reviews, covenant tracking, and document management.
- Analyze interest rate risk, optimize the debt portfolio, and provide regular economic and rate updates.
- Mentor and guide the project finance team while identifying process efficiencies and enhancing financial performance.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of finance experience.
- Extensive experience managing debt across multiple projects and entities, ensuring compliance with loan covenants and optimizing credit facilities.
- Skilled in Excel, ERP systems, SQL, and VBA, with a track record of optimizing systems for accurate reporting and cost control.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-pressure projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with clear communication and a commitment to continuous learning and strategic growth.
