Working with the Director and Manager of Sourcing Execution, this role will involve influencing sourcing decisions, driving supplier consolidation, and achieving cost savings. You will partner with senior management to develop negotiation and contract strategies, analyze data to create playbooks and strategies, and develop and negotiate complex contracts. You will also lead and support stakeholder interactions and achieve financial targets.
Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, and relationship management is required. Understanding of procurement law and regulations is essential. Experience leading complex deals with a total contract value of $3 million or more is necessary. Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract skills are crucial, as is experience in stakeholder management and achieving financial targets. A post-secondary education in Finance, a related purchasing field, or a Procurement Designation is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Experience with Ivalua is a plus. Strong communication (verbal and written) and supplier management skills are also required.
