Key Responsibilities
As a technical pillar, you will be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle:
Design & Engineering: Advanced calculations, detailed plans, and technical specifications for major industrial infrastructure.
Mandate Management: Preparation of proposals, cost estimation, and budget tracking.
Field Leadership: Technical surveys, supervision of construction inspections, and validation of implementation.
Strategic Partner: Acting as a technical advisor to clients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
Your Profile
Expertise: 10+ years of experience in mechanical design, ideally within heavy industry (Mining, Pulp & Paper, Bulk Material Handling).
Accreditation: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a member in good standing of the OIQ.
Technical Skills: Mastery of CAD software; experience with Revit, Belt Analyst, or dust collection modeling is a strong asset.
Soft Skills: Excellent communicator, capable of navigating seamlessly between the office and the field.
