Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive business readiness and change management strategies aligned with project deployment releases.
• Conduct change impact assessments across business processes, operational roles, and team workflows.
• Create stakeholder engagement plans, status briefings, executive updates, and project communications.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of user guides, job aids, quick reference materials, and training resources.
• Utilize approved AI tools to accelerate the creation of training content and enhance communication materials.
• Monitor organizational readiness, analyze user feedback, and manage change risks throughout project milestones.
• Coordinate post-implementation adoption activities, hyper-care support, and transition to ongoing operations.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Organizational Change Management Lead delivering large-scale digital initiatives.
• Demonstrated capability in business readiness planning, stakeholder mapping, and impact assessment.
• Strong expertise in designing end-to-end training programs and crafting clear stakeholder communications.
• Familiarity with public sector frameworks, governance standards, privacy policies, and security practices.
• Practical experience or active interest in applying AI-assisted tools for change management deliverables.
