Position: Senior Product Manager
Competitive Salary
Location: Toronto, ON
Standard: 9-5, 7.5 hours daily, 37.50 weekly
Hybrid – Tuesdays are mandatory onsite and one Friday per month
6 month contract (Potential of extension/Conversion)

Responsibilities
This position is responsible for ensuring that all initiatives are closely aligned with the strategic objectives and responsive to evolving market demands.
The Senior Manager collaborates with various Lines of Business (LOBs) to develop and implement strategies, identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
You will be responsible to effectively engage with internal stakeholders to build alignment and drive the successful rollout of open banking initiatives for Business Banking. This individual will also support ongoing Digital Initiates for Business Banking as time permits.
Qualifications
Must Have Requirement:
• Strong communication skills
• Be familiar with small business banking or relevant open banking
• Understanding of business functions, including project support, project leadership, partner interactions, and cross functional leadership
• Experience in digital implementation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Commerce
• Ability to lead cross functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Product management experience – ability to develop, refine, and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the Open Banking platform aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated experience delivering in an agile environment and managing incremental delivery to achieve business outcomes
• Proven strength in business planning, business model development, and people change management
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Jira
• Small business segment knowledge
• Open Banking experience
• Experience working within top 5 banks
