Responsibilities
Agile Product Delivery: Lead cross-functional agile teams through daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and release planning to maintain delivery momentum.
Roadmap & Strategy Ownership: Define, maintain, and execute product roadmaps, aligning user research, technical capabilities, security standards, and business goals.
Mobile & Technical Collaboration: Evaluate technical feasibility, trade-offs, and architecture across mobile wallet applications, APIs, and cloud backend services alongside engineering leads.
User-Centered Product Design: Apply user-centered design principles, accessibility guidelines, and analytics insights to translate complex user needs into actionable product features.
Standards & Security Governance: Translate technical specifications, cryptographic assurances, and identity trust frameworks into functional requirements and feature backlogs.
Stakeholder & Vendor Alignment: Facilitate collaborative design sprints, alignment workshops, and steering reviews across internal business units, technical teams, and external partners.
Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate technical risks, blockers, and inter-service dependencies across multidisciplinary project streams.
Metrics & Performance Tracking: Define and track core KPIs—including adoption rates, performance benchmarks, and feature usage metrics—providing executive updates on product progress.
Qualifications
Mobile Product Management Seniority: Proven track record as an Agile, user-focused Product Manager delivering enterprise mobile applications and digital products (Strictly Required).
Hands-On Engineering Foundation: Strong technical background with software development knowledge across mobile technologies (Kotlin, Swift, React Native) and backend services (Node.js, Go, Python) (Strictly Required).
Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with software engineers, UX designers, DevOps, and business partners (Strictly Required).
Roadmap & Risk Governance: Experienced in managing product roadmaps, project timelines, dependencies, and providing executive-level reporting on milestones and success metrics (Strictly Required).
Architecture & API Knowledge: Familiarity with microservices patterns, API design, cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), and mobile SDK management.
Nice-to-Have Assets:
Familiarity with digital identity, wallet architecture, or verifiable credential frameworks (e.g., W3C VC, PCTF, NIST).
Hands-on experience building open SDKs, backend APIs, or developer tooling.
