Responsibilities
Spearhead the end-to-end management of the digital transformation program, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and resource plans within an Agile framework.
Define and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap, establishing clear objectives, milestones, and success metrics.
Foster a highly collaborative environment between business stakeholders and IT experts to ensure solutions meet enterprise needs.
Oversee cross-functional teams, guiding them through technology implementation, process optimization, and change management activities.
Manage relationships with external technology vendors to ensure successful delivery of project requirements.
Proactively monitor program progress, manage risks, and report on key performance indicators to senior leadership.
Champion the adoption of new digital tools and processes across the business line through effective communication and support.
Qualifications
10-15 years of extensive experience in IT project and portfolio management, with a proven track record as a Program Manager leading complex, large-scale digital transformations.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform implementation projects is essential.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and proven experience applying them in a large enterprise environment.
Strong command of change management principles and practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or a related field.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Assets:
Experience within the financial services, insurance, or automotive industries.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is highly desirable.
Fluency in both English and French is a strong asset.
