Mandatory Certification: Active, verified PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is strictly required.
Industry Pedigree: Proven experience within a major Retail or E-commerce environment (experience within Merchandising, Supply Chain, or Omnichannel systems is highly valued).

Large-Scale System Integration: Demonstrated history of managing large delivery teams through complex software development and application integration lifecycles.
Soft Skills & Executive Polish: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of managing executive expectations and driving consensus across multiple business units.
Mindset: A highly proactive, self-directed "consultant" profile who does not wait for direction, remains versatile under ambiguity, and possesses an analytical approach to overcoming delivery challenges.
