Responsibilities
Provide program management leadership and governance for large-scale, enterprise-wide technology and digital strategy initiatives.
Oversee the full lifecycle delivery of a centralized portfolio of interdependent projects, ensuring alignment with corporate methodologies and standards.
Translate executive expectations and business objectives into executable program deliverables, workstreams, and milestone roadmaps.
Direct, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary project teams, including project managers and matrixed technical resources.
Establish a comprehensive portfolio view of internal and external project dependencies, risk exposure, and critical path items.
Drive change management and organizational transformation strategies to accelerate digital adoption and stakeholder alignment.
Oversee business planning, benefits realization tracking, ROI metrics, and program funding requests.
Report program progress, risk mitigation strategies, and strategic decisions transparently to executive leadership and key partners.
Qualifications
Digital Strategy Leadership Seniority: 15+ years of demonstrated experience leading and overseeing digital strategy definition, business planning, benefits realization, and funding requests for I&IT programs (Strictly Required).
Executive Expectations Management: 10+ years of proven experience articulating executive expectations and translating them into concrete program deliverables (Strictly Required).
Multidisciplinary Team & PM Leadership: 15+ years of experience directing and managing multidisciplinary project teams, including multiple Project Managers (Strictly Required).
Portfolio Interdependency & Risk Oversight: 15+ years of experience providing a program and portfolio view of project interdependencies and monitoring risk exposure levels (Strictly Required).
Change Management & Transformation: Significant experience applying change management principles, lean methodologies, and transformation best practices (Strictly Required).
