Our team is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to drive the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of strategic IT and operational initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with executive sponsors, technical delivery teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full alignment with organizational governance and quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation through closure, developing project charters, work breakdown structures (WBS), integrated project plans, and governance frameworks.
- Baseline and track project schedules, financial forecasts, resource utilization, and deliverables, ensuring strict variance control.
- Prepare decision-ready status reports, risk logs, and presentation decks for Steering Committees, Project Review Boards, and executive sponsors.
- Maintain comprehensive RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), performing root-cause analysis and implementing timely mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (developers, business analysts, architects, and vendors) to clear blockers and maintain delivery velocity.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of dedicated professional experience leading enterprise IT or strategic business projects.
- Valid Reliability level security clearance (or at least eligible to obtain one).
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or equivalent credentials.
- Deep hands-on experience applying both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional Waterfall delivery frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Project, Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira/Confluence, and Power BI for tracking and executive reporting.
- Prior experience delivering projects within regulated financial, central banking, or public sector environments is a strong asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
