Responsibilities
-Lead end-to-end project delivery including planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation
-Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables while tracking deviations and proposing corrective actions
-Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including executives, to present updates and project milestones
-Support the transition to a new corporate security case management system (Resolver)
-Provide 25% support to a secondary manager on related initiatives
-Ensure compliance with internal project management frameworks and business standards
-Mentor and coordinate the efforts of other project contributors
Qualifications
Must-Have Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a financial institution
-Strong experience with MS Project and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas like SUM)
-Advanced presentation and reporting skills (PowerPoint)
-Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
-Experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software
-Prior involvement in Resolver implementation projects
-Background as a Business Analyst
-Proficiency with Visio
-Experience working in risk or security-related environments
Education & Certification:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
-PMP or PMI certification preferred
