Responsibilities
●Manage a fast-paced workstream, including planning and tracking all activities and deliverables.
●Shepherd the build-out of workstream requirements, actively clarifying scope and navigating ambiguity with business leads.
●Own project financials and lead weekly status reporting to keep senior stakeholders and executive leadership informed.
●Collaborate with the Enterprise Project Office (EPO) and other Finance workstream PMs to ensure project execution aligns with PM standards and policies.
●Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
●Facilitate executive-level meetings and presentations with key stakeholders and business sponsors.
●Mentor and provide guidance to junior colleagues, leveraging your significant project delivery experience
Qualifications
Must-Have:
Minimum of 8+ years of proven experience in Project Management.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with minimal direction.
Strong background and experience in managing project requirements, with a specific focus on navigating ambiguity.
Experience leading team meetings and executive-level steering committees.
Nice-to-Have:
Relevant experience within the banking or financial services industry.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant project management certifications.
Knowledge of Finance operations and systems.
