Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex data and analytics projects, from strategic planning to execution and rollout.
Organize and lead cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
Adapt project management approaches to multi-modal delivery environments, including Agile, SAFe, and hybrid models.
Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and impediments to ensure successful delivery.
Provide transparent, regular, and comprehensive status reports on project progress, value delivered, risks, and budget to all stakeholders.
Develop resource and cost estimates, and champion project management best practices from the PMO.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong track record leading data, analytics, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, clarify complex initiatives, and align diverse stakeholders (both business and technical).
Proficiency with project planning and tracking tools, with a strong familiarity with Agile, SAFe, and Lean practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Excellent proficiency in English is mandatory. Professional fluency in French is a strong asset.
Assets: Experience with Salesforce, data platforms, or MuleSoft integrations; knowledge of the insurance or financial services sector; PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, or SAFe certifications.
