Responsibilities
Lead the Transformation: Spearhead a complex, enterprise-wide program focused on the identification, risk assessment, and remediation of all Intragroup Arrangements.
Implement the Target Operating Model: Collaborate with senior leadership to design, socialize, and execute a best-in-class TOM for IGA risk management.
Drive Regulatory Compliance: Serve as the project lead for a large regulatory program, ensuring all deliverables meet the stringent requirements of bodies like OSFI.
Engage Senior Stakeholders: Plan and facilitate workshops with senior-level stakeholders (VPs, Directors) across Risk, Legal, Compliance, and business lines to drive consensus and decision-making.
Execute with Excellence: Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables using Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Report & Analyze: Develop and present insightful, data-driven status reports and dashboards to executive leadership using Tableau and advanced Excel.
Qualifications
Must-Have Experience & Skills:
Senior Leadership Experience: 7-10+ years of project or program management experience at a Senior Manager or Director level within the BFSI sector is mandatory.
Regulatory Transformation Expertise: A proven track record of leading large-scale regulatory transformation or remediation programs, preferably related to operational risk, compliance, or third-party risk.
Deep Subject Matter Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Third-Party/Supplier Risk Management principles and direct, hands-on experience with Intragroup Arrangement (IGA) transformation.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced proficiency with GRC platforms, specifically Archer.
Expert-level data analysis and visualization skills using Tableau and MS Excel (pivots, power query, formulas).
Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
Core Competencies:
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders.
A self-starter mentality with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results with minimal supervision.
PMP Certification.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
A background in management consulting, demonstrating a structured approach to problem-solving.
Experience with procurement systems, such as Ivalua.
Formal certification in Agile PM or Change Management.
