Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager, you will work with minimal direction to manage the entire project lifecycle
•Project Leadership: Provide expert-level knowledge and business consulting to guide stakeholders through initiation, requirement gathering, design, construction, testing, implementation, and closure.
•Governance & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to the Enterprise Project Delivery Framework and execute a project plan that balances budget, time, and risk.
•Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks and deviations to the project schedule, recommending and executing corrective actions promptly.
•Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong, trusted working relationships across diverse groups, including Technology, Chief Security Office, Enterprise Security, and the CPP group, eliciting consensus and cooperation.
•Executive Communication: Analyze project status and data to prepare and deliver clear, impactful executive-level presentations and chair meetings for a senior audience.
•Business Translation: Represent the business and effectively translate complex business requirements into actionable deliverables, collaborating closely with technology Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Qualifications
•Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of demonstrated experience managing complex, large-scale end-to-end Business projects that include technology components.
•Education: A Degree or Diploma in Business, Project Management, and/or a related field of study is required.
•Expertise: Deep understanding of the practices, procedures, and principles required to successfully deliver large projects.
•Influence: Proven ability to inspire outcomes, build consensus, and apply strong communication skills to influence project stakeholders.
•Certification (Asset): A PMP designation is considered an asset, but is not strictly required for this role.
•Soft Skills: Demonstrates strong values in trust, teamwork, and accountability, with a motivation for collective success and the ability to embrace and advocate change.
