Responsibilities
Oversee all project management activities for key initiatives within the software engineering and platform transformation program.
Organize and lead delivery teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and a focus on high-value priorities.
Adapt project management approaches to suit multi-mode environments, including Agile, Lean, and traditional methodologies.
Facilitate key planning, progress, and feedback ceremonies to ensure synchronization across all teams.
Proactively manage project risks, issues, and impediments, defining and executing clear action plans.
Provide transparent and consistent progress reports to stakeholders, covering scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Collaborate closely with internal partners, managers, scrum masters, and portfolio managers to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Information Technology.
A technical background and experience managing projects in both software development and infrastructure is a strong asset.
Proven experience in large, complex enterprise environments is required. Experience in the insurance or financial sector is a major asset.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex organizational dynamics with diplomacy and a refined political sense.
Strong understanding of both Agile and traditional project management frameworks.
Professional fluency in French and at least an intermediate level of English.
Assets: Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe are highly regarded.
