This is a long-term contract (until March 31, 2027) offered as Fully Remote (candidates must be based in Montreal or Toronto). Important: Due to the critical nature of the project, interviews will be held during the holiday season (late December) for an early January start.
Advantages
Lead a high-visibility transformation project with a strategic impact on Wealth Management.
Secure a long-term contract (2+ years) with a stable organization.
Enjoy a fully remote work arrangement (with very rare travel to Montreal, 1-2 times/year).
Join a team where your expertise in vendor management and IT delivery will be highly valued.
Continued opportunity: The role is designed to retain the Project Manager for other ongoing projects within the program for the long term.
Responsibilities

Manage service agreements and relationships with external vendors/integrators, ensuring compliance and value delivery.
Organize and facilitate planning, tracking, and feedback events involving multiple management levels, sites, and external resources.

Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
Mandatory expertise in Salesforce architecture and PRM (Partner Relationship Management) implementation.
Demonstrated experience in Vendor Management and leading transformation projects involving ambiguity.
Strong knowledge of Experience Cloud, CRM, and MuleSoft integrations is a major asset.
Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders and technical teams around a common vision.
English proficiency is mandatory (oral and written); French is considered an asset.
**Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties.
Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.**
PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications are assets.
