Responsibilities
•Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of the Trade Exchange Transformation project.
•Act as the primary liaison with the new IT vendor, ensuring alignment on scope, quality, and timelines.
•Oversee the implementation of new data feeds and ensure seamless integration between vendor systems and internal infrastructure.
•Apply trade expense management expertise to guide requirements and ensure business needs are met.
•Manage stakeholder engagement, providing clear communication, risk mitigation strategies, and progress updates.
•Drive delivery of technology and business process change initiatives while maintaining compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
•8+ years of project management experience, preferably leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
•3+ years of direct experience in capital markets.
•Strong track record in vendor management, particularly in IT partnership engagements.
•Proven experience with large-scale transformation projects (Trade Exchange Transformation experience is a strong asset).
•Solid understanding of data integration, technology deliverables, and IT project execution.
•Exceptional problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to bridge business and technology teams.
•Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are considered an asset.
