Responsibilities
Integrated Delivery Planning: Architect and maintain detailed, integrated project delivery plans encompassing milestones, resource constraints, and precise task sequencing across multiple workstreams.
Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate day-to-day delivery activities across blended teams of internal personnel and external vendor partners, carefully tracking vendor milestones and deliverables.
Risk & Dependency Governance: Proactively identify, monitor, and neutralize high-impact delivery risks, system interdependencies, and blockers, escalating issues with concrete mitigation plans to executive decision-makers.
Release & Stabilization Oversight: Support the end-to-end execution of system integrations, structured functional testing, production deployments, and post-implementation stabilization tracks to ensure delivery continuity.
Project Status Reporting: Author and present regular project status matrices, progress dashboards, and key performance data to diverse stakeholder networks and established governance forums.
Operational Handover Management: Facilitate comprehensive transition planning and structured knowledge transfer tracks to operational support squads to guarantee long-term post-implementation continuity.
Stakeholder Alignment: Lead technical delivery discussions, navigate situational ambiguity, and confidently convey complex engineering challenges to facilitate prompt decision-making among business and technology leaders.
Qualifications
Core Seniority: 8+ years of progressive professional experience managing complex, high-governance digital or I&IT project delivery initiatives within large enterprise environments.
Methodological Versatility: Proven, hands-on experience guiding technology projects using Agile, traditional Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Vendor & Matrix Management: Demonstrated experience coordinating, scheduling, and tracking delivery activities across blended teams consisting of internal business units and external software vendors.
Risk Engineering: Strong ability to independently discover, map, and resolve delivery risks, complex cross-project dependencies, and technical issues across multiple parallel workstreams.
Soft Skills: Outstanding organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, with a track record of maintaining momentum and leading technical discussions in evolving environments.
Asset Tooling: Previous hands-on experience driving projects within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) or Finance & Operations (F&O) environments, backed by delivery management in Azure DevOps, is considered a definitive asset.
