Qualifications
Project Management Seniority: 10+ years of progressive professional experience leading, planning, and executing complex, mission-critical enterprise IT projects involving business transformations and full-lifecycle software delivery (Strictly Required).
Multi-Platform Solution Acumen: 10+ years of technical knowledge and practical experience overseeing the design, implementation, and integration of web-based applications or cloud solutions powered by Java and/or Microsoft .NET technologies (Strictly Required).
Agile Leadership Specialization: 7+ years of dedicated experience running Agile project management and development practices, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and velocity tracking (Scrum Master Certification is highly preferred) (Strictly Required).
Cloud & Infrastructure Familiarity: Direct experience managing the implementation of web services deployed across modern cloud and container infrastructure (Microsoft Azure, OpenShift, Kubernetes, or Docker) and web application servers (IBM WAS 8.0+, IBM Cloud Pak, Red Hat, or Solaris) (Strictly Required).
