Core Project Management & Methodology Requirements
Professional Delivery Tenure: 10+ years of progressive project management experience leading and planning complex, mission-critical initiatives involving business transformation and the deployment of web, cloud, and API-based solutions.
Lifecycle Framework Depth: 10+ years of deep experience managing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) across Waterfall, DevOps, Agile, or Iterative environments.
Agile Mastery: 7+ years of hands-on experience running Agile development practices, including sprint planning, velocity tracking, and backlog management (active Scrum Master certification is highly preferred).
PM Software Proficiency: Advanced experience utilizing specialized tracking software, including Jira, Microsoft Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Planview.
Credentials: Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is highly desired.
