As a principal project manager, you will bridge the gap between corporate real estate teams, IT infrastructure specialists, external vendors, and executive stakeholders. Operating within a hybrid work model, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to strict quality standards. This position is ideal for an organized leader with a strong technical background who can navigate complex IT standards, lead real estate technology upgrades (such as video conferencing and technology currency rollouts), and track project schedules, budgets, and risks with meticulous detail.

Assignment Type: Hybrid (Minimum 2 days per week onsite, subject to project needs)

Responsibilities
Manage and deliver small-to-medium real estate and IT infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to established quality standards.
Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring proper prioritization, resource allocation, and steady progress across all streams.
Align and map corporate IT standards directly into real estate design and infrastructure plans.
Track project tasks, schedules, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and financial budgets with meticulous detail across all project phases.
Facilitate project meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, cross-functional build coordination, and status walkthroughs.
Collaborate closely with business partners, technical subject matter experts, and external vendors to define and execute comprehensive project plans.
Create and maintain key project artifacts, financial reports, status presentations, and project repository records.
Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and conflicts early, applying creative problem-solving techniques to resolve challenges aggressively.
Communicate project progress, financial status, and strategic updates effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
Core Requirements & Technical Skills
Project Management Experience: 8 to 10 years of progressive experience as an IT Project Manager leading technical and infrastructure initiatives.
Real Estate & IT Infrastructure Scope: Proven track record delivering real estate technology integrations, facility tech builds, or physical IT infrastructure projects.
Strong Technology Foundation: Deep understanding of core IT infrastructure concepts, standard technology rollouts, and hardware/network setups.
Project Management & Tracking Tools: Hands-on proficiency using JIRA and advanced MS Excel for project tracking, reporting, and task management.
Education & Credentials: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP certification is strongly preferred.
Preferred Assets
Domain & Technology Assets: Experience managing video conferencing integrations, technology currency upgrades, or enterprise infrastructure refreshes.
Enterprise Reporting Tools: Exposure to project portfolio management tools such as Clarity, along with advanced spreadsheet reporting capabilities.
Soft Skills & Leadership Attributes
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Superior oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate respectfully with diverse teams and external vendors.
