Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily operations of the property accounting team to ensure the smooth and efficient management of all properties.
• Coordinate the scheduling and completion of key annual and monthly tasks, such as budgeting, audits, operating cost recovery adjustments, property tax submissions, monthly reporting, and cut-off timelines.
• Track and oversee annual and monthly cycles to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet the expected quality standards.
Qualifications
• Must have commercial property accounting experience
• Must have experience managing a team.
• Must have experience with dealing with recoveries.
• Must be CPA designated.
