The Senior Technology Recruiter acts as a true Talent Advisor for their designated LOBs, informing talent decisions with acute knowledge of both the supported business and the external tech market. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, developing and executing innovative talent strategies to proactively build robust, diverse pipelines of active and passive candidates. This role involves significant interaction with senior technology leaders and HR partners.

Responsibilities
Talent Advising: Act as a strategic partner to senior Technology LOB leaders, providing market intelligence, advising on talent gaps, and offering alternative sourcing practices to continuously upgrade talent.
Full-Cycle Technology Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process for a designated portfolio of technology roles, ensuring strict adherence to internal bank processes and legal hiring policies.
Pipeline Development: Develop and execute innovative talent strategies, leveraging industry best practices, market data, and social media to proactively target and pipeline diverse, qualified technology candidates.
Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with HR partners, HR Centres of Excellence (CoEs), and business stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs.
Process Excellence & Compliance: Prioritize and manage a personal workload to meet service level agreements (SLAs), maintain accurate recruitment metrics, and execute plans aligned with the organization's risk appetite.
Team Initiative: Proactively volunteer for team initiatives and special projects, requiring minimal oversight to meet all deadlines and commitments.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of overall recruitment experience, including at least 2-3 years of dedicated technology recruitment background.
Mindset: Demonstrated Agile mindset and a high degree of performance, showing strong initiative, polish, and self-motivation.
Advisory Skills: Excellent communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills, with the ability to function as a trusted Talent Advisor to senior management.
Corporate Experience: Proven experience in a corporate recruitment environment and a strong understanding of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and experience utilizing an internal applicant tracking system (ATS).
Desirable Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
Experience working with Workday (HRIS/ATS).
Prior experience recruiting within the Financial Industry.
Professional Recruiting certification (e.g., HR designation).
