Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
• Develop new franchise branches and expand our national network.
• Promote the brand through personalized marketing strategies (targeting, social media, etc.) to engage prospects.
• Deliver presentations of the company’s value proposition.
• Coordinate meetings with prospects and manage the sales process through to closing.
Specific Tasks
• Identify new business opportunities and prospects, organize meetings, and present the value proposition through brief presentations.
• Generate qualified leads via email, social media, and teleprospecting.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation targets.
• Create and manage prospect lists for outbound campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to create content for campaigns.
• Use the CRM to automate and track campaigns and prospects.
• Qualify inbound leads (from the website, trade shows, marketing campaigns).
• Participate in various internal initiatives and keep up-to-date with trends in the Canadian IT market.
• Represent the MicroAge brand and contribute to the IT community in Canada.
Qualifications
• Bilingual (French and English) both written and spoken to communicate with our branches across the country.
• Over 2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, sales, or account-based marketing.
• College or university degree in business, marketing, or a related field (asset).
• Knowledge of the IT industry.
• Dynamic, with a sales and marketing mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a good team spirit.
• Autonomous, able to work remotely with occasional presence at the office.
• Experience with CRM automation and Sales Navigator.
• Proficient in office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM, collaboration tools, and social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter).
