Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to translate functional requirements into robust, maintainable technical solution designs.
Architect and customize scalable Salesforce applications using declarative tools, Public Sector Foundation (PSF) data models, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
Utilize the Vlocity Public Sector Foundation framework to satisfy specialized business requirements, including automated PDF document generation.
Align technical designs with broader enterprise architecture standards, ensuring data security through appropriate sharing rules, access controls, and security configurations.
Lead technical design sessions, conduct peer code reviews, and execute data migration strategies across multi-application environments.
Develop, debug, and execute manual and automated test plans, including Apex unit tests, to ensure application reliability and performance.
Manage sandbox environments and release management processes, performing code deployments according to established change control guidelines.
Author detailed technical design documentation, release notes, and configuration guides, while delivering knowledge transfer and application demonstrations to business users and technical teams.
Qualifications
Salesforce Ecosystem Seniority: Minimum 6+ years of practical solution delivery experience within the Salesforce ecosystem on medium to large-scale complex projects (Strictly Required).
Mandatory Certification: Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification (Proof of certification required) (Strictly Required).
Public Sector Foundation (PSF) / Vlocity: Solid understanding and hands-on experience working with the Public Sector Foundation (PSF) or Vlocity framework, including the PSF data model (Strictly Required).
Agile Scrum Delivery: Minimum 5+ years of experience working within fast-paced Agile Scrum development environments (Strictly Required).
Declarative & Custom Development: Expert proficiency across declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules), Apex coding, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework (Strictly Required).
Data Management & Testing: Hands-on experience with data modeling, data migration techniques, unit testing, and code debugging (Strictly Required).
Nice-to-Have Assets:
Salesforce OmniStudio Developer or Consultant certifications.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or any Salesforce Designer/Architect certifications.
