Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of SAP BASIS Systems Analyst, providing technical direction,
performance feedback, and professional development support.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW,
PI/PO, Solution Manager, etc.).
Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives within the BASIS team.
Provide escalation support and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations as needed.
Qualifications
Mandatory: strong SAP BASIS and operational support experience. Preferred: utility (ISU) and S/4HANA (on-premise) experience, and related skills (SAP PO, ISU Functional Analyst, CRM, IDE, FICA, Billing, PM/DM, BDex Suite, Print Workbench, ABAP, ISU Business/Data Analyst, OpenText, BOBJ/Reporting Analyst, HANA DBA, Fiori, UIPath).
