As a principal CRM developer, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements, secure cloud architectures, and seamless platform integrations. Operating fully onsite in Toronto, you will lead the development of custom workflows, extend Dataverse environments, integrate Power Platform and SharePoint components, build Azure DevOps CI/CD deployment pipelines, and optimize performance across enterprise CRM systems.

Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with internal and external enterprise systems utilizing Dataverse, Data Entities, REST APIs, middleware, and gateways.
Develop custom Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power BI dashboards, ensuring seamless data flow and integration with Dynamics 365 and SharePoint Online.
Implement security controls, role-based access models, user profiles, data auditing frameworks, and data protection measures within the CRM ecosystem.
Optimize system performance, analyze query efficiency, and execute technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.
Prepare code release packages, manage source repositories in Azure DevOps, and integrate automated deployment scripts with CI/CD pipelines across test, staging, and production environments.
Perform unit testing and quality assurance checks, verifying that actual solution behavior satisfies expected business and technical criteria.
Collaborate closely with business analysts, technical leads, QA leads, and project stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle to conduct design walkthroughs and refine user stories.
Author technical documentation, system specifications, and conduct formal knowledge transfer sessions for operational staff.
