Qualifications

Software Development Track Record: Minimum 7 years of software development and enterprise application delivery experience (Strictly Required).
Dynamics 365 & Power Platform: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Dataverse cloud solutions (Strictly Required).
Customer Service & Workspace Configuration: Direct hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace, agent experience profiles, session templates, workstreams, and routing rules (Strictly Required).
