Responsibilities
ERP Solution Engineering: Design, implement, code, test, and maintain complex digital automation solutions within large-scale Oracle PeopleSoft environments to optimize business processes and achieve operational efficiencies.
Component Framework Development: Author and maintain robust backend and mid-tier logic using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker to facilitate secure, high-speed data exchanges.
Interface & Fluid Architecture: Build responsive client-side experiences using PeopleSoft Fluid UI, configuring user navigation pathways, active homepage tiles, personalized dashboards, and interactive Activity Guides.
Reporting & Data Visualization: Architect and implement pixel-perfect operational documents and modern interactive reports leveraging BI Publisher, SQR, and data visualization tools to support standalone client analytics.
Enterprise Security & Governance: Define, configure, and audit strict role-based data security structures and system access controls across critical functional modules.
System Lifecycle & Release Management: Manage application upgrade tracks, apply strategic software updates, and navigate system maintenance tasks using tools such as PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), Change Assistant, and Data Mover.
Full-Lifecycle Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) under Agile methodologies, delivering low-level designs, code reviews, and comprehensive unit-testing frameworks.
Qualifications
Core ERP Seniority: 8+ years of progressive professional experience navigating the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as a developer on large-scale enterprise PeopleSoft applications.
PeopleSoft Toolchain Expertise: In-depth, hands-on master-level knowledge of PeopleSoft system development utility frameworks, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, SQR, and BI Publisher is strictly required.
Fluid UI Development Mastery: Confirmed experience configuring modern user experiences within PeopleSoft Fluid UI setups (including dashboards, navigational networks, tiles, and role-based security).
Core Module Acumen: Strong technical development and customization background focusing on core PeopleSoft modules, specifically Absence Management, Time & Labour, Benefits, and Payroll.
System Administration Utility Literacy: Practical development familiarity utilizing core environment management engines, such as PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), Change Assistant, and Data Mover.
