We're looking for a Senior Development, Architecture and Advisor to help strengthen cross-team coordination and architectural consistency on an initial 12 month contract with the potential for extensions!

Responsibilities
Serve as a senior technical advisor to branch leadership and product teams.
Provide enterprise and solution architecture guidance across common capabilities.
Support software development, platform modernization, and integration initiatives.
Drive alignment between common capability roadmaps
Identify opportunities for service reuse, platform standardization, and operational efficiency.
Support governance, technology strategy, and architectural decision making.
Qualifications
Senior Technology Leadership: minimum of 10 years' experience leading software engineering, architecture, or platform modernization initiatives in large, complex organizations.
Architecture: minimum of 5 years' experience providing solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or platform architecture services for enterprise-scale digital services.
Shared Services / Platform: leading or advising on the design, implementation, or modernization of shared technology platforms or common capabilities used by multiple programs, business units, or organizations.
Enterprise Technology Architecture: designing and building enterprise processes that work across a diverse technology footprint including, AWS-Azure, Private Cloud (OpenShift), Oracle, multiple different on premise and SaaS CRM instances and various out of general support custom solutions.
Strategic Technology Advisory: delivering expert technical guidance, navigating complex public sector environments, engaging effectively with diverse internal and external partners, and aligning technology decisions with organizational priorities.
