Solution Architecture & Design: Formulate robust frontend solution frameworks, authoring technical design specifications, architecture diagrams, configuration documents, and platform risk assessments.
Salesforce Core Customization: Design, configure, and deploy scalable Salesforce Experience Cloud modules, seamlessly integrating them with Service Cloud backend workflows and enterprise operational data.
Component Engineering: Build fast, reusable, and modular user interface elements using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and standalone web component standards.
Single Page Application Development: Upgrade and implement sophisticated Single Page Application (SPA) forms and sub-forms to handle multi-tiered public permit applications and safety submissions.
Secure Identity Integration: Architect and enforce secure identity verification tracks, implementing authorization code flows with OpenID Connect (OIDC) and Proof Key for Code Exchange (PKCE) inside browser-based applications.
Digital Accessibility Governance: Lead digital product compliance audits, ensuring all layouts, interaction flows, and customer scripts strictly conform to WCAG 2.x AA, AODA, and WAI-ARIA guidelines across Web, iOS, and Android formats.
System Triage & Root Cause Analysis: Deliver expert-level debugging recommendations and execute root-cause analysis during unexpected production outages to protect data integrity and portal availability.
Full-Lifecycle Engineering Execution: Coordinate unit, integration, and systems validation testing, packaging secure deployment bundles for go-live windows, and authoring clear knowledge-transfer playbooks for post-launch team handover.
Qualifications
Core Front-End Seniority: 10+ years of extensive, progressive IT experience architecting and developing Single Page Applications (SPAs) leveraging HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
Framework Ecosystem Mastery: 10+ years of deep practical exposure building web applications with modular frontend layers such as React, Backbone, and custom web components via Stencil.js.
Advanced Accessibility Credentials: 10+ years of verified professional experience engineering digital platforms compliant with WCAG 2.x AA, AODA, and WAI-ARIA standards across desktop and mobile browsers.
Modern Identity Protocols: 10+ years of hands-on expertise building secure authentication layers leveraging OIDC and OAuth2 code patterns with PKCE extensions in frontend architectures.
