We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Designer - CRM to lead the technical solution analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise-wide Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. Responsibilities
Solution Analysis & Design: Collaborate with Solution Architects to evaluate business requirements, conduct current-state assessments, evaluate out-of-the-box capabilities, and produce detailed functional specifications, process flows, and technical designs.
Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Architecture: Design reusable enterprise solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Business Process Flows, and Power Pages.
Component & Security Configuration: Define specifications for security roles, business rules, multi-tenant data segregation, and custom extensions including plugins, PCF controls, Custom APIs, and Azure-hosted components.
Data Modeling & Integration Specifications: Design entity relationship models within Dataverse, define data mappings, and specify integration interfaces connecting Dynamics 365 with enterprise portals, document management tools, GIS platforms, and Azure Integration Services.
Governance & Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate design walkthroughs, support architecture reviews, identify technical risks, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to align implementation with enterprise standards.
Delivery Leadership: Review development deliverables for design compliance, assist with data migration strategies, and support testing and deployment readiness activities.
Qualifications
CRM Solution Design Seniority: Minimum 7+ years of dedicated CRM solution design experience, alongside 5+ years of specialized Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience (Strictly Required).
Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Ecosystem: Demonstrated expertise designing enterprise solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Business Process Flows, and Power Pages (Strictly Required).
Azure & Enterprise Integrations: Proven experience architecting integrations connecting Dynamics 365 with Azure Integration Services, App Services, Functions, API Management, and third-party platforms (Strictly Required).
Enterprise Integration Patterns: Demonstrated experience designing enterprise integration architectures and scalable data exchange patterns across business platforms (Strictly Required).
