Responsibilities
- Design hosting technology solutions based on service specifications, standards, and cost models to meet complex business requirements.
- Lead the development of business design documents, functional and non-functional requirements, and detailed process flows.
- Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma or Adobe XD, ensuring AODA/WCAG compliance.
- Develop high-level application flows and screen designs that map business processes to actual software views and CRUD matrices.
- Create quality assurance plans, write test cases, and document strategies for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify and document business rules, use cases, and risks while providing mitigation strategies.
- Act as a bridge between client business units and technical teams to ensure project deliverables are met within aggressive timelines.
- Apply structured methodologies to manage system migrations and implementation changes in large-scale environments.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience designing solutions specifically with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM.
- 7+ years of experience in full-scale solution implementation and system migration.
- Proficiency in creating Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Strong expertise in User Experience (UX) design, including accessibility standards (WCAG/AODA) and usability testing.
- Experience with Rational Unified Process (RUP) and creating business architecture artifacts.
- Knowledge of integrated networking technologies, midrange servers, and enterprise storage/SAN.
- Experience with Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Models.
- Knowledge of corporate I&IT information mandates and QA standards.
