We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Designer specializing in Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) technologies to lead the architectural design and functional modeling of enterprise software solutions. Responsibilities
Lead the functional and technical design of hosting technology solutions, translating business requirements into comprehensive Solution Design Documents and system specifications.
Author detailed functional and non-functional requirement documents, use cases, business rules, and high-level application flows.
Design detailed process flows, user journeys, screen wireframes, and interactive prototypes using UI tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
Build application view visibility matrices, CRUD matrices, and screen-to-view mapping rules for Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM platforms.
Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and design user-centered solutions that conform strictly to accessibility standards (AODA/WCAG).
Establish quality assurance strategies, test plans, and UAT scenarios, ensuring solution designs align with corporate QA and governance frameworks.
Identify technical risks and performance bottlenecks, developing practical mitigation strategies and cost-benefit evaluations for senior stakeholders.
Facilitate design walkthroughs, collaborate across cross-functional delivery teams, and maintain business architecture artifacts throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Siebel & AEM Solution Design: 7+ years of demonstrated experience designing solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies (Strictly Required).
Functional Specification & Artifact Creation: Extensive experience developing business design documents, functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, and high-level application flows (Strictly Required).
Siebel & AEM Implementation Seniority: 7+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM solution implementation (Strictly Required).
Business Architecture & Process Modeling: Proven track record creating and updating business architecture artifacts, detailed process flows, and CRUD/visibility matrices (Strictly Required).
UI/UX & Prototyping: Demonstrated experience creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and user journey maps using prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD) with a focus on web accessibility standards (AODA/WCAG) (Strictly Required).
Nice-to-Have Assets:
Practical experience or familiarity with Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) / Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA).
Experience with Transfer Payment (Grant) models or public sector governance standards.
