Responsibilities
EPM Infrastructure Engineering: Lead the technical planning, installation, configuration, and structural maintenance of multi-tier enterprise performance management and financial planning systems across distributed computing environments.
Middleware & Data Ingestion Setup: Set up, configure, and optimize enterprise data integration engines and middleware platforms to handle heavy data-loading workloads securely.
Environment Provisioning & Integration: Establish logical, technical, and physical environment topologies, validating system-to-system interfaces, secure access controls, and network routing configurations.
Relational Database Coordination: Support and configure baseline database connectivity parameters (such as tablespaces, schemas, and relational user permissions) to ensure seamless application hosting.
Technical Problem Assessment & Triage: Deliver high-tier operational support, system troubleshooting, and environment log analysis to isolate and resolve complex middleware and installation bottlenecks.
Release & Change Management: Prepare comprehensive technical installation specifications, deployment packages, and environment modification checklists in strict alignment with change management protocols.
Architecture Validation & QC: Act as the definitive technical advisor on infrastructure readiness, providing rigorous quality control and quality assurance over all environment configuration deliverables.
Documentation & Reference Runbooks: Author detailed environment architecture diagrams, configuration guides, backup-and-recovery procedures, and step-by-step installation manuals to support long-term operational sustainability.
Qualifications
Core Infrastructure Seniority: Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated professional infrastructure engineering experience focused on setting up, installing, and configuring enterprise software stacks in complex operating environments.
Oracle EPM/Hyperion Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience installing, configuring, patching, and maintaining the Hyperion Planning (Oracle EPM) software stack, including specific practical experience standing up Hyperion Planning 11.2 environments.
Advanced ETL Toolchain Deployment: Minimum of 5+ years of verified experience developing, maintaining, or provisioning enterprise data integration architectures, featuring a heavy emphasis on Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) as the primary tool.
Database & Connectivity Literacy: Strong practical knowledge of relational database structures, environment schemas, and middleware integration patterns.
Ecosystem Analytical Skills: Proven ability to define explicit hardware, memory, storage, and software requirements, executing end-to-end system installation matrices under strict budget constraints.
Soft Skills: Outstanding consultative, critical-thinking, and communication skills, with an established background presenting deployment plans, risk logs, and technical options to multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
Technical exposure to installing, configuring, or supporting alternative enterprise data integration suites, specifically Informatica platforms.
