Responsibilities
• Prepares target lists with recruiters and hiring managers and develops a sourcing strategy for each requisition and pipeline project.
• Sources, qualifies and presents candidates to the Recruiter and adheres to Recruiter/Sourcer Service Level Guidelines.
• Represents brand to prospects.
• Develops knowledge of current market place and trends.
• Makes initial candidate contact and builds relationships/networks with prospects with the primary focus on lead generation and screening to develop their interest level and suitability for company opportunities.
• Manages applicant tracking system, maintains accurate candidate documentation to ensure legal compliance with employment practices, policies, procedures.
• Ensures compliance for EEO/Diversity Programs.
• Builds a robust network of top talent, gains market intelligence and assesses candidates to gauge talent alignment for a specific role and or program area.
• Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping the recruiter informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally in written from, and timeliness.
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Experience in recruiting or staffing, preferably in a research/sourcing/technology/executive search function.
• Must have 4 + years plus experience of full-time talent sourcing or recruitment experience supporting Technology or Executive Search focused roles
• Experience in using a variety of talent sourcing methodologies and techniques including; social networking channels, talent sourcing tools, job boards & internet networking tools
• Expertise in Data analysis and market intel presentation through data storytelling utilizing Microsoft tools (Excel, Powerpoint and word) and others
• Experience in client management and internal partners relationship management
• Experience in working with KPIs and result driven work environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Experience with Boolean Search Strings.
• Proven track record of successful external headhunting
• Experience in working independently to meet deadlines.
• Experience in presenting data and market intel
• University Degree preferred.
