Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end technical recruiting for various IT profiles.
- Source, assess, and interview qualified candidates utilizing modern recruiting tools and innovative techniques.
- Facilitate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and vendors.
- Provide strategic consultation and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of all documentation, transaction processing, and system updates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Proven experience working within a corporate recruitment environment.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management and relationship building.
- University degree or professional Certificate.
