Technical Strategy Formulation: Develop comprehensive technical strategies, architecture frameworks, and core design decision artifacts applicable across multi-divisional processes.
Process Mapping & Requirements Engineering: Elicit complex technical requirements, map business workflows, and design high-quality data transformations aligned with long-term IT strategies.
Infrastructure & Configuration Management: Manage the structural configuration and logical layout of enterprise application infrastructures, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and transparent application fail-over.
Operational Optimization: Evaluate operational bottlenecks, perform root-cause analysis reviews, and recommend structural procedure updates to achieve maximum performance and efficiency.
Strategic Blueprint Governance: Promote shared infrastructure models and reusable technical designs to eliminate infrastructure duplication, reduce overall costs, and streamline information flows.
Legacy Data Migration Blueprinting: Provide technical direction and author functional data specifications for legacy data conversions, data mapping matrices, and validation scripts.
Quality Assurance Support: Oversee functional test case development, end-to-end application testing, and unit verification cycles to ensure complete stability prior to deployment.
Qualifications
Core Systems Engineering Seniority: 15+ years of progressive professional experience leading full-lifecycle Work Management Systems implementations.
Maximo Domain Specialization: 10+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in IBM Maximo application development and implementation, with deep technical knowledge of how Maximo integrates with third-party software.
Architectural Leadership Depth: 10+ years of demonstrable experience leading solution designs and full-lifecycle system deployments, backed by 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure/Technology Architect.
Public Sector Expertise: 5+ years of experience working inside a large public sector environment or municipal infrastructure branch.
Data & System Modeling Literacy: Strong working knowledge of relational and spatial database design, logical/physical system layouts, and object-oriented analysis.
Resiliency Engineering Fluency: Verified understanding of high-availability, fault-tolerant system setups, and disaster recovery / transparent application fail-over boundaries.
Soft Skills: Outstanding consultative communication, facilitation, and critical-thinking capabilities, with a proven track record of driving technical consensus across matrix business teams.
Mandatory Education & Certifications:
