Position: Senior Technology Talent Partner
Location: Hybrid (Calgary-based collaboration)
Term: March 16, 2026 – March 16, 2027
Hours: 40 per week
Valid driver's license along with the ability to travel as required

Responsibilities
Work closely with our leaders in our technical and digital departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring
needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
Employ a variety of sourcing methods including leveraging social media, networking, direct sourcing and referrals to build and maintain a
pipeline of top talent for various job profiles
Identify events, career fairs to participate and host to enhance company's talent presence
Act as an employer brand ambassador to effectively communicate company value proposition as it relates to our hiring needs and to a
variety of communities using a diverse and inclusive lens
Work closely with hiring leaders to ensure a proactive workforce planning structure is in place to meet ongoing recruitment needs
Collaborate with the broader recruitment team and Talent Systems team to develop and implement new recruiting processes
Set a high standard of excellence (positive candidate experience, collegial "can-do" attitude, proactive mentality, etc.) to meet or exceed
team quality output;
Ensure that the recruitment process is compliant with company policies and employment legislation;
Provide advice and/or feedback on any trends and key recruitment metrics within a continuous improvement environment;
Partner with the People Relations teams on relevant recruiting and workforce-related issues;
Play a supporting role in the delivery of projects for recruiting initiatives;
Provide reporting and analytics to the business as required.
Qualifications
What You Bring
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (IT/Technology focus preferred)
Experience recruiting in mid-to-large, complex organizations
Proven strength in direct sourcing and pipeline development
Strong interviewing capability (phone, video, behavioural, consultative)
Deep understanding of labour market trends and recruitment best practices
Ability to influence and build trusted partnerships across diverse stakeholders
High resilience, accountability, and a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
Strong analytical skills with experience reporting on recruitment metrics
Post-secondary degree (Business or HR preferred)
Nice to Have:
Airline or transportation industry experience
Experience supporting large-scale digital or transformation initiatives
Experience with SuccessFactors
