As a senior specialist, you will bridge the gap between technical delivery teams and diverse end-user communities. Operating entirely onsite, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to conduct training needs assessments, architect robust modern curricula, and engineer comprehensive digital and physical learning assets that drive user adoption and institutional change.

Adult Program Facilitation: Lead and facilitate highly engaging instructional sessions using varied delivery models, orchestrating both structured physical classrooms and dynamic virtual environments.
E-Learning Asset Management: Utilize advanced digital authoring tools to build, iterate, and publish modern digital training material integrated with enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with subject matter experts, software developers, quality assurance teams, and third-party vendors to translate complex application specifications into digestible business workflows.
Evaluation & Continuous Learning: Design and execute post-training evaluation frameworks to measure baseline performance, gather user feedback, and establish continuous support models.

Qualifications
Core Technical & Instructional Requirements
Adult Learning Facilitation: Extensive hands-on experience facilitating adult learning programs using a wide variety of interactive delivery and engagement methods.
Content Creation Depth: Proven track record of developing functional end-user training materials, including instructional guides, participant workbooks, and interactive digital modules.
Authoring Software Mastery: High proficiency using advanced e-learning authoring platforms (such as Articulate 360 or Camtasia), modern learning management systems, and standard productivity software.
Accessibility & Design Standards: Direct knowledge and practical application of digital accessibility laws (AODA), user interface guidelines, and structured design frameworks.
Healthcare Domain Insight: 2+ years of experience delivering technical training support within healthcare spaces, specifically focused on platforms like Long-Term Care systems, Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), or Clinical Assessment tools.
Consultative & Professional Skills
Adult Education Foundations: Strong operational understanding of adult education theories, behavioral principles, and modern instructional design practices.
