As a senior consultant within a multidisciplinary project team, you will champion a user-centered design approach. You will be responsible for translating complex human experiences and user research into intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional interfaces across web and mobile applications, ensuring all digital products align with established enterprise standards.

Responsibilities
Service Design & Architecture: Lead and coordinate concurrent service design projects to evaluate business methods, map user needs, and design comprehensive service blueprints.
User Research & Insights: Conceive and conduct exploratory and evaluative user research, interviews, and surveys, translating findings into sitemaps, user flows, personas, and customer journey maps.
Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: Build wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices, rapidly testing and iterating designs based on direct user feedback.
Interface & GUI Design: Create effective, user-friendly, and visually appealing graphical user interfaces (GUI) for digital displays, online programs, and various creative materials.
Stakeholder & Vendor Relations: Act as the primary service design consultant for internal teams, develop strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, and assist in evaluating external vendor proposals (RFPs).
Strategic Optimization: Analyze integrated service requirements, establish process improvement objectives, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate continuous platform enhancement.
Team Leadership & Guidance: Manage multidisciplinary service design project teams through all project phases—defining scope, scheduling milestones, problem-solving technical constraints, and monitoring deliverables.
Executive Presentation: Provide service design expertise to service owners and managers, delivering clear presentations and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Core Technical & Design Requirements
Professional Experience: Extensive proven experience operating as a UX Designer, Interactive Designer, Service Designer, or UI Designer for enterprise-level web and mobile applications.
Methodology Mastery: Deep expertise utilizing core service design methodologies, including stakeholder mapping, personas, journey mapping, user needs mapping, and service blueprints.
Research Capabilities: Strong background in both exploratory and evaluative user research methods, usability testing, and transforming user feedback into intuitive workflows.
Design & Tech Acumen: High proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, paired with a thorough understanding of the technical possibilities and limitations of front-end web development technologies.
Domain Specificity: Prior direct experience contributing to a Digital Dealership Registration (DDR) project or a closely related digital vehicle/dealership registration initiative.
Leadership & Soft Skills
Project Management: Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary design teams, setting project scopes, establishing metrics, and successfully meeting strict timelines.
Change Management: Demonstrated ability to facilitate change management and business reengineering processes with service providers and cross-functional teams.
Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build trusting partnerships, manage client expectations, and present complex UX strategies clearly.
