Responsibilities
- Account Management: Maintain and grow long-term relationships with facility managers and property owners across the Golden Horseshoe.
- Project Coordination: Manage the "back-end" of service calls, including data processing, job costing, and invoicing via proprietary software.
- Technical Estimating: Perform material takeoffs and prepare accurate estimates using Bluebeam.
- Field Engagement: Attend site meetings and industry events to represent the brand and understand client requirements firsthand.
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate closely with site supers and service dispatchers to ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years in a construction-related sales, estimating, or project coordination role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Bluebeam is preferred.
- Communication: Ability to pivot communication styles between "boots on the ground" technicians and corporate project managers.
- Organization: Exceptional time management skills to handle a high volume of administrative data alongside client-facing duties.
- Education: Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
