Schedule & Shift Requirements
This is a 24/7/365 operation. Candidates must be available and willing to work a rotational schedule that changes weekly, covering all three shifts:
Standard Day Shift
2nd Shift (Evening)
Overnight Shift
Weekend and holiday coverage is required as part of the rotation.
Advantages
Location: 100% On-site (London, Ontario).

Schedule: 24/7/365 operation. Must be available for a weekly rotational schedule covering days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
Salary: 23.50 $/h
Responsibilities
- Provide professional first-level technical support via calls and emails.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to PC hardware and O365 applications.
- Ensure detailed documentation of all issues within the ticketing system.
- Identify and escalate wide-impact outages or high-risk issues promptly.
- Monitor resources to ensure the availability of business applications.
Qualifications
- Bilingualism: Absolute fluency in French and English (mandatory assessment).
- Technical Background: Previous IT support experience or related technical education.
- Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, Teams).
- Typing Speed: Minimum of 35 words per minute.
- Communication: Exceptional service skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon.
