As a Service Center Agent, you will play a key role in coordinating client files in Montreal.

Greet customers at the Montreal service center.
Handle incoming calls.
Open and maintain rigorous follow-ups on files within the Salesforce system.
Coordinate parts orders and follow up on lead times with suppliers.
Support the technical team with daily tasks.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in customer service.
High proficiency with computer tools (knowledge of Salesforce is a major asset).
Excellent communication skills in French and functional English (8/10).
Professionalism, autonomy, and attention to detail.
Ability to work on-site in Pointe-aux-Trembles.
** Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is required for this position to communicate with suppliers outside of Quebec and to use management software with an English-only interface.
