As a Service Coordinator in the thriving city of Regina, you will be the linchpin of our client's everyday operations. In this critical business administration role, you will take full ownership of the entire service cycle, ensuring seamless communication and workflow from the initial customer inquiry to the final billing stage. The ideal Service Coordinator is someone who thrives on organization, possesses exceptional problem-solving abilities, and is deeply committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience. By effectively managing schedules, dispatching field technicians, and overseeing work orders, you will play a direct role in the ongoing success and operational efficiency of the organization.

Responsibilities
• Schedule service and warranty calls with the customer efficiently and effectively.
• Accurately complete documents required to process work orders, forward them to the customer and/or sales, and conduct follow-up to completion.
• Ensure that amounts billed to customers are correct and follow up to secure timely payment, including collecting purchase orders or credit card information.
• Distribute required paperwork to our technicians, parts department, and warehouse personnel.
• Dispatch and communicate with technicians to provide required information relevant to the job prior to and during the service call cycle.
• Regularly review and follow up on work orders and claims to obtain prompt payment.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience scheduling and dispatching field service.
• Working knowledge of MS Outlook (including calendar) and Excel.
• Strong ability to multi-task and follow through with defined tasks.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and have a reliable vehicle.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Well-organized, high level of accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally; the ability to exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and maintaining constructive working relationships.
