Responsibilities
- First point of contact for CCS customers
- Maintaining an updated spreadsheet of equipment damage for the Edmonton maintenance shop.
- Schedule vendor repairs and issue purchase orders
- Inquiring with claims in regards to damages, following up with operations managers to have driver fill out reports.
- Two way communication with CCS Operations to provide updates as required
- Will coordinate and prioritize vehicle repair and maintenance requests
- Will maintain detailed records of service requests
- Track maintenance schedules, and assist in managing the maintenance budget
- Contributing to the safe and reliable operation of our fleet within the trucking industry
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relative experience
- Strong computer skills, as they will be learning Transman and handling PO creation and receiving
- Fleet maintenance experience is not required but considered an asset
