Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate incoming trailer repairs and routine maintenance work, efficiently assigning tasks to shop technicians.
- Greet customers warmly, open new work orders, and accurately document all service details, including unit information and specific repair needs.
- Secure customer approvals, communicate repair estimates and provide professional and clear status updates throughout the service process.
- Assist the Service Manager with daily workflow planning, technician dispatch, and general shop efficiency.
- Work closely with the Parts Department to confirm parts availability and expedite the turnaround time for repairs.
- Manage warranty submissions, maintain accurate maintenance schedules, and update customer service history records.
- Ad Hoc Administrative support as required.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a Service Coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel).
- Experience with Fusion (trucking and rentals software) is an asset
- Possesses a positive, proactive attitude and a strong commitment to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
