In this pivotal role, you will be the Service Director’s right hand. Your mission will go beyond being the first point of contact for customers; you will manage the entire commercial service cycle, from analyzing the technician's report to final invoicing, including parts procurement. Responsibilities
Procurement: Request and manage price quotes from suppliers for replacement parts.
Estimation & Sales: Draft and present repair estimates to commercial clients.
Logistics Management: Oversee supply chain logistics to ensure technicians have all necessary materials before heading to job sites.
Operational Support: Assist the dispatch team during peak periods and prioritize urgent service calls.
Technical Analysis: Interpret and analyze service reports submitted by field refrigeration technicians.
Process Improvement: Work closely with the Director to optimize the department’s administrative and operational processes.
Qualifications
Experience: Significant background in service coordination or technical call center management.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the building, construction, or mechanical sectors (HVAC/R experience is a major asset).
Agility: Proven track record of managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills: Strong administrative rigor and proficiency with ERP systems.
Soft Skills: Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills.
Administrative Excellence: Strong attention to detail and proficiency with ERP systems.
Soft Skills: Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
